The order of the presentations is to be co-ordinated by the students and reported to the course instructors by March 30.
We are inviting senior university officials, community leaders and city planning staff to attend.
Presentations should be geared to communicate ideas to a general audience of community members and planning staff.
Each group's presentation should be 20-25 minutes long. After 25 minutes, presentations will be terminated. Plan carefully how you use the time for your presentation. (We are allowing 25 minutes for presentations; 15 minutes for questions and 5 minutes for setup, for a total of 45 minutes per group.)
The key to a good presentation is REHEARSAL. So PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE. To this end we will make the access room available for rehearsal, Monday 10 April, 10-12; and Wednesday April 12, 7:30- 10:00 PM.
