Watts converts Atlas and other sensor data from digital values to energy values. It can also compute the energy reflected/emitted from the ground target if atmospheric data are available. The wavelength range covered by the physics includes the visible, near-IR, and thermal IR.
Watts will also let the user obtain plots of the spectral reflectance
curves and the atmosphere path radiance and transmittance. Statistics
for the calibration sources performance can also be obtained.
