An Ecological Framework for Huron Natural Area

Beginning in 1993, under the supervision of Dr. James Kay, University of Waterloo, Faculty of Environmental Studies, eight undergraduate students (The Huron Working Group) embarked on a study of ecosystem theories. The Huron Natural Area was a newly created park in the region. The group decided, that as a case study, it would develop and implement an ecosystem approach for monitoring the Huron Natural Area. Following (Volume 1) is the theoretical framework we developed for the park.
